Livestock Terms of Sale

 

  • We will hold specific animals upon request for 10 days, while we wait for your 50% deposit. Deposits will be acknowledged via email .
  • Balance is due upon acceptance of the animals. Delivery is possible to select locations (see events) for a small fee of $25 per head (excepting poultry).
  • Our guarantee to you: All livestock (excluding poultry) comes with extensive pedigrees, health and production records, recordation and registry papers or paperwork as applicable.
  • All stock will be up-to-date on vaccinations (CD/T) , worming, shearing and foot trimming.
  • All stock is guaranteed to be TB, Brucellosis, and CAE negative with a money back guarantee if tests taken and dated within the first two weeks indicate a positive test.
  • All stock is guaranteed to be free of hoof rot at the time of transfer.
  • We participate in the National Scrapie Program and our farm number is MO3161.
