Seasons Bleatings - April - Rabbits
 
PRELIMINARY BUNNY SALELIST (more coming next month!).  If you see a bunny that interests you, contact me at hmffarm@fidnet.com .  A 50% deposit via paypal or money order will hold your choice . Be sure to specify the ID number of the rabbit you want.  5 generation pedigrees provided .  I can send pictures of select rabbits upon request.
 
MEME'S BIRDIE (Sable) X HMFF GEORGE WEASLEY (REW)  Birdie is a beautiful sable from Birdsalls in Rolla.  If you were at Heart of America 2007, you may have seen their beautiful rabbits take blue ribbon after blue ribbon at the show that year. Birdie is one of these rabbits.   George is a large rabbit with tremendous wool production and is out of another Sable  The litter size was 10, and consisted of sables, blues and blue creams;  but unfortunately many were lost during a week of bitter cold.   Kits were weaned on 3-10-08 and are ready to go.

DREAMS LATTE (chocolate) X HMFF CHAMP BALBOA (broken black) - Latte is a deep chocolate solid , show quality doe from Ruth Coppler.  Champ is a perfect broken black/white pattern and took Reserve Champion at Heart of America 2006.  Latte is an older doe and I am very happy that she managed to give me a few bunnies. Every one was beautiful and should be show quality!  Weaned 3/10/08 and ready to go

HMFF JODIE FOSTERED (black)  x LFF TURTLE (tort) - Jodie is black solid  and was born into a large litter and fostered into a smaller litter to even things out a bit (hence the name) She was an excellent mother first time and kept her kits alive despite bitter cold weather.  Turtle (aka TonyTort) is a beautiful black tort buck with crimpy fiber from my friend Toni at Little Flower Farm and is out of a registered showline.  The kits were weaned on 3/22/08 and are ready to go.

HMFF #YEMANJA  (REW)  x HMFF FRED WEASLEY (REW) - Yemanja is a lovely white doe with perfect French coat. Her first litter of 8 white kits was born on 3-13-08 and she had them all in the box with a perfect nest!  Fred is the twin to George Weasley above and is a large rabbit with perfect french coat and abundant wool production.  The kits will wean around mid April and be ready to go by the end of April.   I have not sexed the bunnies yet, but all are white and there are probably males and females available.

HMFF DOVE (chocolate) and HMFF Hank (red agouti) - Dove is a solid chocolate doe that had 8 kits her first litter, all in the box and doing well.  Babies look like they will be chocolates, chocolate torts, and blue tort.  Marmaduke is a big chocolate tort rabbit with great wool production Kits were born 3-14-08 and will be weaned mid April  and ready to go by the end of April. Too early to sex

HMFF IRISH CREAM (chocolate cream)  x HMFF #1207 (chocolate) - Irish had 9 kits in this first litter, all in a great nest and doing well.  It looks like 4 chocolates, 2 blues and 3 reddish golden (maybe creams?)  Too early to sex. Born 3-18-08 and will be weaned 4-18-08 and ready to go by the end of April.
