Seasons Bleatings! January - 05

 

The Winter Solstice is past and the hours of daylight are starting to noticeably increase now. The chickens have started laying again, and the rabbits are suddenly interested in breeding again. These two predictable indicators are the first signs to me that spring is going to come again. Meanwhile, the sheep and goats are getting fatter and fatter, as the weather gets colder and colder. I am expecting babies to start arriving some time in February . January is my brief window of opportunity to relax a bit. (in between trips to the woodpile).

I hope you enjoy our new format for 2005! It should make it easier for you to view and easier for me to send. Limitations placed on me by the old system will no longer be a concern, so I can send all kinds of fun stuff...So lets try it out and see how it goes...looking forward to hearing from you!
