I had the great fortune to be asked to judge the Angora Goat Show this year at the Wool Market in Estes Park, Colorado. All expenses paid... how could I say no???
 
The goat tent was FULL of goats... hundreds of them... the show took 5 hours!
 
The vendors area was full of wonderful creative and inspiring items like these icelandic mittens! Gorgeous...
 
 
and spectacular llamas like this jet black fellow, alpacas, and new this year: Paco-Vicunas (more on them later!)
 
 baby yaks....
 
 and Bluefaced Leicesters! (I got to meet Kelly Ward, owner)
 
best of all was the opportunity to see old friends and meet new ones too! Here I am with some Texas and Colorado goat-buddies.
